From that conversation, Vantier drafts a proposed programme — a sequence of days and encounters, with the reasoning behind each element made transparent, and every practical arrangement explained. The client reviews, revises, and confirms. Nothing proceeds without explicit agreement. And once a programme is underway, a Vantier coordinator remains available throughout — not intrusively, but as a quiet resource should anything need adjusting.
